Thorne Multi-Vitamin Elite AM/PM

Thorne Multi-Vitamin Elite AM/PM is a supplement formulated for active individuals who have high-performance nutritional regimens with essential nutrients. Both AM and PM supplements contain Vitamin B, Vitamin B, Vitamin K1 and K2. The AM formula promotes energy production and contains two formulated phytosomes: Meriva and green tea. The PM formula enhances rest and recovery which includes Relora. Relora has been shown to reduce late-night cravings and helps achieve better sleep quality. Each bottle of Thorne Multi-Vitamin Elite AM/PM includes 90 capsules. The recommended dose is 3 AM capsules (with a meal) and 3 PM capsules (with a meal) a day.
