Return and Refund Policy

At HAMXI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return Log in to your HAMXI account or contact us at support@hamxi.shop with your order number to begin the return process.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes of being placed, as long as the order has not yet been fulfilled. After this window, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before the item ships.

Final Sale Items Products in our Trading Card Games collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations, due to the collectible and sealed nature of these items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
